Meet Chelsea
Chelsea Canty MS, CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist/Owner

Chelsea graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences. She went on to complete her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Boston University.
Chelsea began her career in the Bordentown Public School District working in the Preschool Disabilities Program, Elementary School and High School. She also coached the middle school softball team. She then went on to work in an adult long-term care and skilled nursing facility. While in this setting, Chelsea gained experience working with adults and geriatric patients with a wide variety of disorders and deficits. Chelsea had joined a private speech clinic while working at the school and continued to work there throughout her career.
Chelsea gave birth to her first child and transitioned full-time to a private clinic upon returning to work. After giving birth to her second child, Chelsea decided to fulfill her dream of owning and operating her own private speech clinic.
She has experience working with children and adults with a variety of disorders in multiple different settings. Chelsea has treated adults and children with speech and language needs including Apraxia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Articulation Disorders, Fluency Disorders, Auditory Processing Disorders, Augmentative/Alternative Communication, Voice, Reading and Written Expression Disorders, Memory and Cognitive Impairments, Phonological Disorders, Oral Function Disorders and Swallowing Disorders.

Meet Traci
Traci Singer

Born and raised in New Jersey, Traci has dedicated the majority of her career in the Healthcare field.
Traci’s educational journey began at Ocean County College where she found her calling in nursing. Due to some life circumstances, a career change brought her to Healthcare Administration and Public Health.
Traci received a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Thomas Edison University. Following the completion of her degree, she embarked on a career at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ where she had a long and successful career as Director of Patient Financial Services. For the last 5 years she has served as Practice Administrator for the Speech Academy in Bordentown, NJ.
Throughout her career, Traci has demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities, attention to detail, overseeing daily operations, staff management, patient schedules and implementing efficient administrative processes. She has championed patient-centric approaches by implementing tailored scheduling systems that minimize wait times and maximize individualized care plans.
Traci lives in Bordentown with her husband, has two daughters and two grandchildren. Traci is also the owner of the office therapy dog Jellybean!!

Meet Jennifer
Jennifer “Jen” Conboy
Speech Therapist
Jen received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University. She then went on to study at La Salle University to earn her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Jen began her professional career working with the adult population in a skilled nursing facility and long term care setting. In this setting, she gained experience treating a variety of disorders in the areas of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. She thoroughly enjoyed working with adults of all ages and continues to work with them per diem in the skilled nursing facility setting.
Throughout her graduate school externships, she has gained clinical and professional skills treating pediatrics with a variety of speech and language needs, including the areas of articulation, apraxia, fluency, AAC, and receptive and expressive language, and autism spectrum disorder.
Jen is originally from New Jersey, but since completing graduate school has been living in Philadelphia. Jen loves living in the city and attending shows, trying out new restaurants with friends, and attending sporting events (Go Phillies!)

Meet Bailey
Bailey Bond MA, CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist
Bailey graduated from Arcadia University with her BFA in Acting and went on to become a teaching artist working with children. Through her experience acting and teaching she started to explore possibilities that incorporate both worlds. Through the encouragement of one of her professors she was led to speech language pathology. Bailey earned a post bachelor’s certificate at West Chester University and went on to attend graduate school there as well. Bailey earned her master’s degree in speech language pathology in 2016.
Post graduation Bailey has worked in a variety of settings across the lifespan ranging from birth to three early intervention to acute care and inpatient rehab with the adult and geriatric populations. Bailey has worked in homes, outpatient facilities, private practice, inpatient rehab, acute care and public schools. She keeps following her heart back to the pediatric population. Bailey currently works in the preschool program for a local school district as well as part-time at the Talk of the Town. She has experience working within the following areas including: articulation, phonology, motor speech, language, cognition, fluency, autism, swallowing and alternative augmentative communication (AAC). Bailey is a PECS and LAMP trained clinician. When not working, Bailey enjoys time with her husband and two beautiful children.

Meet Jessica
Jessica Szymanski MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist
Jess graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Master’s of Science in Speech Language Pathology. She is from Delran and enjoys hiking, bird watching, and going to Phillies games in her free time.
Jess began her career in the Cinnaminson Township Public School District working in the Preschool Disabilities Program. She then went on to work in the Delran Township School District at Millbridge Elementary School, where she still works to this day. She also coaches a club softball team in her free time.
She has experience working with children with a variety of disorders, including: Autism, Down Syndrome, Apraxia, Articulation Disorders, Receptive and Expressive Language Disorders, Phonological Disorders, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, and Fluency Disorders.

Meet Erin
Erin Foley MA, CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist
Erin graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Correction. After completing her undergraduate course work she enjoyed working for a year in North Carolina as a Community Inclusion Instructor. She worked closely with families of children with Autism and Angelman’s Syndrome. Erin encouraged families to learn new strategies and help the children integrate into new experiences including going to the movies, playgrounds and restaurants.
She went on to complete her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences from The College of New Jersey. Erin holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, and is a licensed speech language pathologist in the State of New Jersey.
Erin began her career at Durand Academy, a special needs school working with grade K-8th grade. In this setting she focused on individual and group sessions while collaborating with fellow SLPs, OTs and adaptive gym teachers. At the same time, Erin worked within the Early Intervention program focusing on speech therapy goals in client’s homes. She enjoyed educating parents and encouraging carryover of skills into the family’s daily routines.
Over the years, Erin has been a long term substitute for Speech Therapists in the public school setting including the Burlington Township, Riverton and Medford school districts. Her experience also includes several campuses of The Yale School including Cherry Hill, Audubon, Marlton and Camden County College. Each campus has a specialized approach to students with a variety of social and learning disabilities. Erin also worked in outpatient clinics including Mary’s Place and Speech and Language Associates focusing on evaluations and one to one therapy sessions.
Erin is currently a full time speech therapist at Orchard Friends School. Throughout each setting, Erin enjoys collaborating with parents, teachers and related service providers to build on speech and language skills and ensure functional carryover into the classroom, home and work environments.
Erin has experience with children 2-21 years old with a variety of speech and language needs including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Apraxia, Downs Syndrome, Articulation Disorders, Phonological Disorders, Processing Disorders, Receptive and Expressive Language Disorders, Fluency Disorders, Voice Disorders, Reading and Written Expression Disorders and Social Language Disorders.
When Erin is not working she loves going to the beach, swimming and being outdoors with her husband and four children. She continuously works to improve on her gardening, golfing and cooking skills when she is not attending her children’s sporting events.

Meet Alana
Alana Annunziato MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist
Alana graduated maxima cum laude from La Salle University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Alana was recognized as the top student within her program for outstanding academic achievement and research.
Alana began her career in the Cherry Hill Public School system with a passion for working with children with disabilities. She served as the Lead Related Service Provider for speech therapists across all 19 schools. Through additional experience working in private clinics, Alana developed skills in programming AAC devices and assisting children with multimodal communication techniques. She has extensive experience optimizing language acquisition for individuals with cochlear implants, hearing aids and other assistive listening technology.
Alana is a two-time ASHA ACE awardee, recognized for her commitment to continuing education to provide the highest level of service to her clients. She is adept at navigating the continuation of services between school-based and outpatient speech therapy. Alana is a neurodiversity affirming clinician who utilizes child-led and multisensory approaches to improve communication across all environments.

Meet Taylor
Taylor Roberts MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist
Taylor graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and her Masters of Science in Communication Disorders at Stockton University.
She began her career at Chesterfield Elementary School, where she still works to this day. She has also worked in private pediatric speech clinics since 2021.
Taylor has experience working with children of all ages with a variety of speech and language needs, including articulation/phonology, apraxia, fluency, receptive and expressive language disorders or delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and AAC.
When not working, Taylor enjoys spending time with her two dogs and reading books.

Meet Bridget
Bridget Csolak M.A., CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist
Bridget Csolak is a Speech-Language Pathologist with a career rooted in supporting children’s communication and learning. She graduated from La Salle University and began her career as a special education teacher. She earned her masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Kean University. Bridget holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, and is a licensed speech language pathologist in the State of New Jersey.
Bridget has worked in education for over 25 years. She is currently employed as a full time speech and language specialist in a local school district. Bridget started her career as a preschool disabled teacher and has worked in Early Intervention. She has experience both evaluating and providing speech services to preschool children with a disability. In her years as a school speech language therapist, she has experience working with a wide range of needs, including Apraxia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Articulation Disorders, Fluency Disorders, Auditory Processing Disorders, Hearing Impairments, Reading and Written Expression Disorders, Memory and Cognitive Impairments, Phonological Disorders, Oral Function Disorders, and Social-Pragmatic Language Disorders as well as training in the Zones of Regulation. She is skilled in the use of PECS and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) tools such as Proloquo2Go, LAMP Words for Life, and Speak for Yourself, helping children find effective ways to connect and express themselves.
Bridget believes in creating a supportive, collaborative environment where students feel confident to communicate in ways that work best for them. Working jointly with families is central to her approach. She is committed to using patience, compassion, and evidence-based strategies to help each child make meaningful progress.
Outside of work, Bridget enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Bridget recently got a dog, Sally, who keeps the family busy. She loves to go down the shore, bake, travel, and read whatever she can get her hands on. Her family are also huge Philadelphia sports fans and they love to go to games. Bridget looks forward to contributing her skills as part of the Talk of the Town community.

Meet Autumn
Autumn Perlmutter MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Therapist
Autumn earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Thomas Jefferson University and her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Stockton University. A Delanco native, Autumn enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially while walking along the river with her dog, Sadie.
She began her career at Burlington County Special Services School District in Westampton Township, where she worked with students ages 18–21 with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Multiple Disabilities, and other communication challenges.
During this time, she gained experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), pragmatic language, and receptive and expressive language disorders.
In 2025, Autumn joined our team to pursue her passion for working with young children and to continue developing her skills across all areas of speech and language. She is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based therapy that helps each child become a confident and effective communicator.

Meet Bridget
Bridget Cunningham, MS CCC-SLP
Bridget graduated from Loyola University Maryland where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and a Master’s of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She has spent the majority of her career working with students ages 3-21 in the New Jersey public school system.
Bridget has experience providing services to children and young adults with the following: Autism, Down syndrome, Articulation Disorder, Phonological Disorder, Receptive and Expressive Language Disorder, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay, Cognitive Disability, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Pediatric Feeding Disorder. She is dedicated to providing neurodiversity affirming care.
Bridget is a lifelong Bordentown resident who comes from a family of educators. She enjoys crafting, reading, playing video games, and spending time with her husband and 3 cats.

Meet Mackenzie
Mackenzie Horn MS, CCC-SLP
Mackenzie graduated maxima cum laude from La Salle University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and has dedicated her career to supporting children with complex communication needs across educational and private practice settings. She has provided speech-language and AAC services in numerous South Jersey school districts, where she has collaborated closely with students, families, educators, and related service providers to promote meaningful communication and educational participation.
With clinical experience in both school-based and private practice settings, Mackenzie has developed specialized expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) evaluation, implementation, and ongoing support. She is passionate about empowering individuals with complex communication needs by creating functional, individualized communication systems that foster independence and participation across environments. Mackenzie has completed multiple LAMP (Language Acquisition through Motor Planning) trainings and continues to pursue advanced professional development in AAC, language development, and evidence-based intervention practices.
Mackenzie is committed to providing collaborative, family-centered services and believes that every individual deserves access to effective communication. She utilizes a strengths-based approach that combines clinical expertise, creativity, and practical problem-solving to help children develop functional communication skills that enhance their daily lives. Mackenzie values each child’s unique strengths and utilizes engaging, individualized strategies to promote meaningful communication across all settings.
Mackenzie has experience working with individuals with a variety of communication needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Gestalt Language Processing, Natural Language Acquisition, Developmental Disabilities, Receptive and Expressive Language Disorders, Articulation/Phonological Disorders, Social-Pragmatic Communication Disorders, and other neurodevelopmental differences.

Meet Sarah
Sarah Weber MS, CF-SLP
Sarah graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Kean University and earned her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University.
Sarah has had the opportunity to serve patients across a variety of settings, including a pediatric private practice, an elementary school, and the East Carolina University Speech-Language and Hearing Clinic. Through these experiences, she has worked with individuals across a wide range of ages, disorders, and abilities.
Her clinical experience includes articulation disorders, phonological impairments, expressive and receptive language delays, pragmatic language disorders, aphasia, fluency disorders, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), etc. Sarah is passionate about child-centered care and individualized therapy approaches. She believes there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution when it comes to communication and strives to tailor therapy to meet each child’s unique needs and strengths.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, staying active in the gym and playing sports. She also enjoys learning new skills, whether that’s gardening or trying new recipes.

Meet Mary
Mary Sullivan MS, CCC-SLP
Mary earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Mercy College in New York. For the past 13 years, she has been serving as a speech-language pathologist with the School District of Philadelphia, where she works in an elementary school setting.
Mary’s expertise also includes developing receptive and expressive language skills, improving articulation and phonological processes, and addressing a wide range of communication needs in young learners.
She has gained extensive experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as programming and implementing AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) devices to improve functional communication skills. Mary enjoys completing thorough and comprehensive speech & language evaluations for Talk of the Town, LLC.
Beyond the school setting, she has worked in Early Intervention, private practice, and has experience supporting adults with cognitive deficits. Dedicated and compassionate, Mary strives to create engaging, individualized therapy approaches that empower her students and clients to reach their fullest potential.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband & three boys, watching mindless reality tv shows, and reading.

Meet Megan
Megan Tammaro MS ED, CCC-SLP
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University, with a minor in Exceptional Education, and went on to complete my master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Monmouth University. Since graduating, I’ve worked in specialized school settings, primarily supporting students on the autism spectrum. I currently work full-time at a local school for students with disabilities, where I have experience with expressive and receptive language disorders, pragmatic language skills, a variety of AAC, and feeding and swallowing needs. Additionally, I have gained experience with individuals of all ages supporting cognition, voice, fluency, and articulation disorders.
My favorite part of being a speech-language pathologist is helping individuals find their voice and build confidence in their communication! I currently live in Philly and enjoy spending my free time exploring the city with friends.

Meet Caitlin
Caitlin Stone MA, CCC-SLP
Caitlin graduated from Rider University with a degree in Education and English as a Second Language. Following several years of teaching, she earned a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from George Washington University.
She began her SLP career in a pediatric rehabilitation center, working with patients ranging from newborns to adolescents. Her professional background also includes providing services through the NJ Early Intervention System and her current role in a local school district serving students from preschool through 8th grade.
Through these positions, Caitlin has gained extensive experience working with children with complex medical needs, feeding and swallowing difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Apraxia of speech, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and expressive and receptive language disorders. She is also experienced with AAC, specifically trained in PECS, LAMP Words for Life, and TouchChat.
Additionally, Caitlin is a Certified Lactation Consultant, having received her certification through the Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice.
When not working, Caitlin loves to spend time with her husband and three boys.
